Damage/Injury
The Party Plug or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damages to property resulting from the request of a client. This includes above and below ground property/equipment. The Party Plug and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property/location. All liability for damages/injuries is the sole responsibility of the client.
 
By participating in our activities, the client acknowledges they are aware of the potential risks involved. These risks include, but not limited to.

 

  • Trips, falls or collisions with others or obstacles in the trailer.

  • Sprains, strains or fractures.

  • Bruising, cuts, abrasions from equipment or other participants.

  • Heat exhaustion, dehydration, or other heat related illnesses.
     

The participants agrees to assume all risks and releases the owners and employees of any liability for injuries/damages that may occur.

Bad Weather
Our trailers are designed for all types of weather. They are insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, extreme high wind, flooding, heavy rain, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your party. This guarantees the safety to you, your guest, our staff and equipment. Please contact us to begin rescheduling in case of this event. If you would like to reschedule due to weather, we need at least 24 hours notice.

Truck/Trailer
We ask that you provide us the most level and flat area to accommodate your party. Please let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we need a minimum of 50 feet to park. We may have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that we will never disconnect the truck from the trailer. We will not park anywhere that may cause danger to persons, property or equipment and will not park illegally. Please have a spot ready for us 30 minutes prior to party start time

Supervised children
The party plug does require a parent to be available at event location, children under the age of six require a parent to be present inside or around the trailer.

Food/Drink
The party plug does not allow any food or drinks into the trailer. Please have guests leave them outside prior to entering.

Gaming
Adult approval is required for any video games with a rating above “M”. It is also recommended that all clients email thepartyplugli@gmail.com with any special game requests.

Pictures
We may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You can view these pictures on our website and social media. If you do not want us taking pictures or posting them, please notify us via email. We do not always take pictures, however, if you do, we would love for you to tag us on social media.

Refund/Cancellation
A credit card must be saved on file, along with a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date. There will be $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after deposits received up to and including 30 days before your scheduled event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will require full payment of invoice total. The Party Plug Long Island will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary (within calender year).

The party plug is proud to support our local first responders, healthcare heroes and members of military. A 10% discount will be applied.
